What happens if you replace the hydrogen peroxide, which works best? I saw a website that mix these two together, working better. I would also like to know how many times I brush my teeth with baking soda and water or HP / sodium bicarbonate. I brush three times a day or that can damage teeth and / or gums? Thanks
Do not exaggerate. It is said that once a week for the hydrogen peroxide and sodium bicarbonate, but every other day is not a problem. U must be consistent to get good results.
