I have two different teeth whitening kits, as shown by the journalist. One is the strip, the other is a mouth guard with gel. Both are valid for a month. What is best and what works?

My teeth aren’t too dark but they aren’t white and i want to find a cheap teeth whitening strip set that actually works. I heard from a friend that the cvs ones worked for her after just using two. If anyone knows if they work or another cheap teeth whitening kit please let me know! thanks

I have no dental insurance, not a smoker, but do love coca-cola. I have had some dental work done when I was young and have damage to my jaw-line but would love to have a whiter smile any suggestions on what could improve my smile.

I wonder if the teeth whitening kits work at home, and work on partial denture? Also for this reason that some people have naturally white teeth and some are under a lampshade?
