I didn’t have stained teeth anyway so I would understand there would be no difference there (I never drink tea, coffee or smoke etc).

However, I did hope that my teeth would be whiter and now I’m worried this isn’t going to happen. Perhaps these kits are only for removing stains (which I don’t have) and not for whitening pearly yellow teeth (which I do have).

Most kits come in three styles. These styles offer whitening gel, whitening strips and whitening trays. Most kits can be purchased from $ 20 to $ 50 and includes all necessary materials for three sessions to seven days to whiten teeth.

Whitening gel kits offer many advantages. Often show the results faster than the three types available. The gel is brushed on each tooth separately. This allows the whitening gel to get into the cracks between the teeth and look for maximum whitening. However, the gel works better when it dries on the teeth. Therefore, the maintenance process of sage to cleanse away the gel and the celebration of the mouth so that the work of the gel can be difficult. The gel is more common in a test tube so that its ability to determine the amount to be used in each session.

Whitening strips are usually a bit ‘more convenient to use than gels or trays. The strips are thin and flexible and contain a whitening gel pre-glued on them. Whitening Trays are the kit that most seem to prefer. These are pre-filled trays with whitening gel and are retained in the mouth during the whitening process. The gel is much more likely to reach between the teeth and crevices of a tray of a strip. Trays offer the quickest results second to gel. Trays are not so particular about the rising influence the results, such as gels and strips. However, they are more bulky than the strips and can be considered more uncomfortable to wear. People with very sensitive gag reflex can be more difficult to use whitening trays.

No matter what tooth whitening kit you choose, you save the money to complete the session of bleaching at home instead of in a dental practice. Determine which plants are best for you is all in your preferences. Try different kits and see what fits your lifestyle habits and dental hygiene.
