I’m trying to understand what is the best system for whitening teeth without going to the dentist for professional bleaching. I’m studying for my boyfriend, who is in the Marines. Why not have the time and amount of all necessary documents to submit to obtain a bleaching done, we want to find something over the counter. He has very sensitive gums, so I’m nervous for him to use the white stripes. Are the trays seem to work better? Or is there another product that someone recommends?
