i really don’t want to spend a lot of money on a product that will leave my teeth overly sensitive or won’t work at all.

I am going to be going to the dentist for a professional teeth cleaning. I would like to have a mold of my teeth taken for a whitening kit. How does this whitening kit work? Do I just squirt the bleach in there?

Can you find a solution for teeth cleaning? I’ve seen people in everyday life, not just celebrities that have really good white teeth. Is this because they avoid food staining products like sodas? Any teeth cleaning products I can use that has worked for you?

I’ve been using it religiously for 4 nights now and I don’t see any difference in my teeth. The only difference I notice is occasional minor sensitivity on my front bottom teeth.
I didn’t have stained teeth anyway so I would understand there would be no difference there (I never drink tea, coffee or smoke etc).
However, I did hope that my teeth would be whiter and now I’m worried this isn’t going to happen. Perhaps these kits are only for removing stains (which I don’t have) and not for whitening pearly yellow teeth (which I do have).
