Trays are not so particular about the rising influence the results, such as gels and strips. However, they are more bulky than the strips and can be considered more uncomfortable to wear. People with very sensitive gag reflex can be more difficult to use whitening trays.

No matter what tooth whitening kit you choose, you save the money to complete the session of bleaching at home instead of in a dental practice. Determine which plants are best for you is all in your preferences. Try different kits and see what fits your lifestyle habits and dental hygiene.
