I drink much tea and coffee, and I know that I can whiten my teeth in front, but do not know how to whiten your back.

Bleaching material is not supposed to whiten the back teeth, the reason is because the farther back than the material the more likely you swallow bleach and materials should not be taken.

Plumas bleaching can also work on back teeth

You should get a bleaching kit with trays of thermoforming covering the teeth too far back. Note that the media on starter kits are generic and the installation will not be as good as you can get to your dentist. This means that there may be a possibility of uneven bleaching. Also, the whitening gel in off-the-shelf kit will not be as effective as you can get to the dentist to whiten several shades can not be achieved. Normally, only whiten your pre-molars (smile line) for 4 to 4, although I did 5-5, and occasionally pop some gel to the teeth of molares.Alternativamente first visit your dentist for a scale of good and Polish . . . Tea and coffee stain will be removed to some extent and may have to ‘whiten’ the dientes.Todo depends on what your expectations are and how you want your teeth white.
